# Info Retrieval Agent

Create an agent that interviews callers to collect specific information you need. Define your own set of questions -- the agent will guide the conversation, ensure all questions are answered, and deliver the structured results to you via email or integration.

## Basic Info

Set up the identity of your information retrieval agent.

### Agent Name

A descriptive name, e.g. *"Patient Intake"*, *"Lead Qualification"*, or *"Event Registration"*.

### Welcome Message

The first sentence when answering. Let the caller know you'll be asking a few questions.

### Voice

Choose your agent's voice. Use the play button for a preview.

## Questions & Email

Define the questions your agent asks callers, and where to send the results.

### How It Works

You define the exact questions the agent should ask. During a call, the agent will:

**1. Ask questions**

Ask each question one at a time in a natural, conversational way

**2. Confirm**

Confirm each answer before moving on

**3. Summarize**

Summarize all answers at the end of the call

**4. Send report**

Send a structured report to your email

### Writing Good Questions

* **Be specific** -- *"What is your annual revenue?"* works better than *"Tell me about your company"*
* **Keep it simple** -- One question per line, easy to answer in a sentence
* **Use natural language** -- Write as you'd ask in person
* **Order matters** -- Start with easy questions (name, company) before diving deeper

### Notification Email

After each call, the agent sends a structured summary with all questions and answers to this email address.
